Evervia Refund & Exchange Policy

At Evervia, we want you to love your purchase and feel confident when shopping with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to make it right.

Exchanges – 90 Day Guarantee

  • We offer free exchanges within 90 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

  • You can exchange your product for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability).

  • If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue store credit instead.

Refunds

  • Refunds are available within 30 days of delivery.

  • To qualify for a refund, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our support team at support@evervia.com with your order number.

  2. Our team will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back.

  4. Once received, we’ll process your exchange or refund promptly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cos
